The MBTI personality test is all the rage in South Korea at the moment, and JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE is also a fan! It hasn’t been long since members Chaeyoung and Sana enjoyed a date by the Han River, and one of the many topics they brought up was their MBTI test results.
The two share three out of the four letters. Sana is ENFP, while Chaeyoung is INFP. Knowing that, Sana argued that they have many things in common even if she is technically more outgoing.
Besides blood types, our MBTIs are the same except for the first letters, E and I. So we have a lot in common. We like the same things.
Chaeyoung agreed but reminded her, “It’s just that one of us is an introvert and the other is an extrovert.”
But in Sana’s opinion, there’s barely any difference between the two! She went on to share an insightful comment about how introverts are just like extroverts when they’re surrounded by people they know and are comfortable with. According to Sana, one letter difference doesn’t mean they don’t have the same tastes.
But introverts are pretty much the same! When they’re with people they feel comfortable with, they become totally extroverted. When I heard both you and Momo are INFP, I thought both you and Momo also have a lot in common with me, like things we like and how we get excited.
While on the topic of MBTI personality types, Chaeyoung opened up about how grateful she is to Sana for being extroverted. There are nine members in TWICE, and everyone but Sana is introverted. It’s why she’s the only one who would still be bursting with energy when everyone else is exhausted after a long day.
Even if the girls like joking around about it, at the end of the day, they appreciate Sana from the bottom of their hearts.
I’m so grateful to have you in our team. There are times when all of us are tired and just stay quiet in the greenroom, you know? But you’re never like that. You have so much energy, and you try to cheer us up. It’s so nice. You make us laugh. We jokingly act like we can’t be bothered, but we all really appreciate it.
Aside from discussing their personalities, Chaeyoung and Sana also opened up about their concerns before debut. Read all about it in the article below.
