MBC Releases Statement Regarding “We Got Married” Cancellation Rumors

MBC Entertainment has responded to a report saying that We Got Married will be coming to an end.

An insider report revealed that long time MBC program We Got Married would be coming to an end after 10 years, this May. The same report also stated that the Lunar New Year pilot show Oppa Thoughts would be replacing We Got Married, starting in mid-May.

MBC Entertainment has, however, since come out with a statement denying the cancellation rumors.

“Our position on We Got Married remains the same. We are currently not in discussions to cancel the show. Regarding Oppa Thoughts, we are preparing that show for broadcast but there have been no talks about its scheduling.”
