SM Entertainment denies mediation agreement while Kris and Luhan accept

On June 5th, it has been revealed that Luhan and Kris accepted the court’s compulsory mediation with SM Entertainment.

Because the two artists did not file objections to the court, they have implicitly accepted the terms offered by the court.

On the other hand, SM Entertainment refused the compulsory mediation suggested by the court. Although officials have not shared the reason behind their refusal, it has been revealed that the agency filed a notice of objection through their legal representative Tae Pyung Yang.

The compulsory mediation becomes invalidated if either party files an objection within two weeks of issue. Thus, with seemingly another stalemate, the lawsuit between the artists and agency will continue on.

Meanwhile, an expert has given his thoughts on why the two members have filed to leave EXO in the first place. With these two stars still caught in their lawsuit and Tao currently resting and pursuing his studies in the United States, many netizens have left harsh words on Lay’s activities as well.
