Goo Hye Sun Actually Appeared In 2007 Hollywood Film “August Rush” — Here’s How It All Went Down

She was actually cast for an even bigger role at first.

On a recent episode of MBC‘s Point of Omniscient Interfere, Goo Hye Sun surprised everyone by revealing that she appeared in the 2007 Hollywood film, August Rush, and how it all went down.

Most people probably remember Goo Hye Sun for her iconic role in K-Drama, Boys Over Flowers in addition to the rest of her impressive resume.

But not many knew that she was actually in August Rush for a 3-second cameo.

According to Goo Hye Sun, she actually went to New York for a bigger role, but she ended up making a short cameo instead due to a mishap.

There was a scene where an Asian friend showed up and sang. But due to miscommunication, by the time we got to New York, they had already finished filming.

As a result, Goo Hye Sun missed out on the chance to make her original appearance.

But luckily, since she made the trip, they allowed her to make a cameo instead.

Since I was there as an actress, I warmed up in the morning and made a 3-second cameo.
