BTS Will Sing Coldplay’s Song “Fix You” — Here’s Why The Cover Is So Meaningful

For some members, this cover is a wish come true.

Tonight, BTS will appear on MTV Unplugged at 9:00 PM (ET) to perform “Dynamite”, “Life Goes On”, and “Telepathy” from their album BE. They will also be singing the popular song “Fix You” by the British rock band Coldplay.

“Fix You” rose to popularity shortly after its release in 2005. Since then, this critically acclaimed song has been covered by numerous artists, been played at major sporting events, and been featured in many television shows and films.

Lead singer Chris Martin once described “Fix You” as “probably the most important song we’ve ever written”, and ARMYs can’t wait to hear its moving lyrics from BTS’s lips.
