BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Officially Has A New MBTI Type, And It’s Such A Change That Even She’s Shocked

It makes her part of the rarest personality type!

The world has become obsessed with the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test. Netizens worldwide have taken the complicated test to determine which of the 16 personality types they fall into.

Recently, BLACKPINK‘s Jisoo was shocked when her results changed dramatically.

When it comes to BLACKPINK, their personalities have been showcased to some extent by their MBTI results. Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé have all been extroverts in their results, whereas Jennie was the only introvert in the group.

In particular, Jisoo has always shown a more extroverted personality and has been called the most outgoing in BLACKPINK, even amongst the other members with an “E” result.

Well, it seems as if that’s completely changed and even Jisoo’s confused about it.

On May 14, Jisoo surprised fans when she went on Weverse to interact with BLINKs. During this time, she spoke to fans about everything from getting excited about their rumored comeback, talking about the members, and much more.

One BLINK cutely asked Jisoo, “I heard Jisoo’s MBTI is CUTE, is it true?”

Although they might have expected an equally cute reply, Jisoo instead replied with her own confusion after revealing she’d retaken the MBTI test and that her new results were completely different from what she’d been in the past.

I did the MBTI test again and got INFJ. Is it possible to get the exact opposite one? I did it four times with a time gap in between, and I only got that result. What?

Although it’s not odd for people’s MBTI to change, especially after taking the test after waiting for a few months, this massive change from an extrovert to an introvert seemed to shock Jisoo. In particular, Jisoo’s MBTI has changed in the past as she first started as ESTJ, then became an ENTJ, before becoming ESTP in January.

However, the change into being an INFJ, known as the advocate, is definitely very different for Jisoo.

That doesn’t mean that it’s completely inaccurate and Jisoo has some of the best qualities that INFJ has to offer.

As the rarest of all MBTI types, those who are INFJ not only strive for success with goals but have dreams and always focus on doing what’s right, especially for themselves. INFJ’s are also known for being extremely kind, and their mission is to help others, and Jisoo always does that as BLACKPINK’s oldest member.

As many have explained in the past, MBTI results should be taken with a pinch of salt and not dictate how you think of yourself. Yet, it does showcase a person’s personality to some extent and there is no denying that Jisoo has all the positive characteristics of her new results.
