Angelina Jolie Reveals Why She’s So Proud Of Her Son Maddox Attending Yonsei University

“I’m so excited.” — Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie opened up in an interview on how she truly feels about her oldest son, Maddox, attending school at Yonsei University.

Angelina Jolie sat down to discuss her latest movie “Maleficent” and the struggles a mom can face when sending their children off into the world for the first time.

Co-star Michelle Pfeiffer commented that Angelina recently sent her first child off to college, and to a completely different country at that! Angelina beamed as she explained that she’s “so, so proud of him“!

Maddox was accepted into a variety of school all over the world but chose to attend Yonsei University in South Korea. Angelina Jolie was also happy with his choice as it “expands [her] world as [her children’s] world expands.”

As any mother would be, she was sad that her boy won’t be close to her anymore but she explained that “Maddox was so ready” to study at Yonsei.

I just sent one off but I’m just so, so proud of him!

I’m so excited, I feel like my world expands as their world expands. I learn so much from them, and I love this stage. I’m excited.

Maddox was so ready and his choices are so interesting.
