Here’s What Happened To The Members of PINK PUNK, The Original Members Of BLACKPINK

They’ve all now officially debuted.

BLACKPINK are one of the biggest groups in K-Pop, and their four members are a big reason why. So, it would be hard to imagine what the group would look like with a different lineup.

However, the group was originally supposed to have 9 members and were going to be called PINK PUNK. Things didn’t end up working out, and only 4 people (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa) ended up debuting under YG Entertainment. With that being said, here’s a quick look at the whereabouts of the other 5 people who were supposed to be in PINK PUNK.

1. Miyeon [(G)I-DLE]

There are many photos online of Miyeon training alongside the BLACKPINK members during her time with YG Entertainment.

Miyeon ended up getting accepted to Cube Entertainment after she left YG Entertainment, and debuted as a member of (G)I-DLE in 2018.

2. Jinny (Secret Number)

Jinny was a trainee at YG Entertainment for around 5 years before she left the company. She soon made some headlines when she became a participant on Produce 48, which is the show that created IZ*ONE.

Jinny ended up getting eliminated in Produce 48, with her final ranking being #69. After her elimination from the show, Jinny soon found her way to Vine Entertainment, which is where she debuted as a member of Secret Number.

3. Euna Kim

Euna Kim got accepted to YG Entertainment after her successful appearance on Superstar K3.

After being a trainee for over 3 years, she left the company due to doubts about her debut. She made her solo debut in 2014 and debuted in The Ark in 2015. However, The Ark ended up disbanding less than a year after their debut due to their debut not being very successful.

Since The Ark’s disbandment, Euna Kim has made many attempts to continue her music career, but a lot of them didn’t end up working out. Her most recent activity is when she was in a duo called KHAN, but they disbanded in 2020, being active for around 2 years. She has since gotten married and is currently living in the United States.

4. Jang Hanna

Jang Hanna joined YG Entertainment in 2014 after her successful appearance on K-Pop Star 3.

Jang Hanna ended up leaving YG Entertainment in 2017. It would be many years before Jang Hanna made her official debut, as she ended up debuting in 2020.

5. Kim Eunbi

Kim Eunbi got accepted to YG Entertainment after her successful appearance on Superstar K2.

There are many photos of her alongside the other BLACKPINK members when they were trainees, proving that she was going to debut alongside them.

However, she voluntarily left YG Entertainment in 2014 due to health reasons. She eventually made her way to Stone Music Entertainment, which is where she made her solo debut in 2019.
